We deserve to know.
I got sick doing the work I loved. Anxiety, insomnia, pain no doctor could explain. It took years to dig out, and what I learned digging out changed everything: toxins are the root cause of so much of what we're told is normal, is aging, is in our heads.
Nobody should have to learn that the way I did. So I teach it. What's actually harmful, what isn't, and the safer option for each. No fear-mongering, no shaming. Small changes, one at a time, because that's how a real family actually does it.
