3 Kids’ Clothing Types I’d Think Twice About at Target
Kids’ clothing seems simple until you start looking at what actually goes into making a garment perform a certain way. These features can be genuinely convenient, especially when you’re buying clothes for kids. But that convenience usually comes at the expense of additional textile treatments. Some stain- and water-resistant textiles have historically relied on PFAS chemistry, while wrinkle-resistant finishes can involve their own chemical treatments.

The more specialized a garment gets, the more worth it becomes to understand what’s actually giving it those properties.
