- Turn Off Devices at Night: Reduce your overall EMF exposure by turning off Wi-Fi routers and other electronic devices when not in use, especially at night. This simple step can help minimize the impact of EMFs on your sleep.
- Use EMF-Reducing Sleep Aids: Consider using aids designed to reduce EMF exposure, such as grounding mats or EMF-blocking sleep masks.
